1. Scrub and confirm BOM: Verify parts, match components, obtain customer approval for changes
2. Check and quote according to requirements
3. Inventory levels: Including lead times and pricing
4. Confirm and place POs
5. Inspect parts: Comprehensive checks including DC, lot code, origin, etc. with proper labeling
6. Final inspection: In-depth quality checking
7. Ship completed kit to customer

Specialized Kitting Standards

We expertly source partial components for NPI builds with strict quality guidelines:

• Passives (MLCC caps/resistors/inductors) delivered in reels or cut tape (min 4½" leader)
• ICs provided in tubes/trays/cut tape (min 4½" leader)
• Connectors in tubes/trays when available, otherwise in OEM bags
• Through-hole components loose in bags with straight leads
